Create Your Writing Ritual (3 Steps)
Before you dive into the prompts, take 5 minutes to set the scene for success:
Choose Your Space
- Where do you feel focused and grounded? A favorite chair, a corner of the kitchen, or even a spot at a local coffee shop?
Set Your Signal
- Light a candle. Brew some tea. Play a favorite instrumental playlist. Signal to yourself that this is writing time.
Pick a Practice
- Start with just 15 minutes. Set a timer. Use one prompt. Don’t stop to edit—just write.
Consistency beats intensity. Build the habit, and the words will follow.
